On 28-10-2013 St. Teresa’s Day School and College of Lucknow hosted ‘Jukebox’ an Inter School Western Music Competition.La Martiniere boys and Girls College, St. Francis’ and St. Mary’s were few of the several schools that participated in this event. Study Hall bagged the college level shield for their splendid performance!
In the junior Duet Category, Aman Srivastava and Riya Pathak won the second prize and Shivansh Kapoor won the second prize for solo singing.
In the college level Chandashree Singh won the second prize for solo singing,Anushka and Pranjali won the First prize in the Duet category and the group comprising of Laiza, Anushka, Pranjali Chandashree, HsrshaAnjari, Ikisha and Mahima won the first prize.
Gandhi won special prize as the best guitarist.
And the musicians Parijat, Gandhi, Haarsh Srivastava, Shivansh and Anshul deserve a special mention for an excellent instrumental a support to the team.
They also entertained the audience playing popular songs and had the honour of sharing the stage with the Vice Principal Mr. Petir Fanthome (of St. Teresasa’s College) on the drums.
