Prithvi Singh, a class 7th student of Study Hall School won the Uttar Pradesh State Chess Tournament. The tournament was held at Gorakhpur from April 1st to 4th. Prithvi will represent Uttar Pradesh in under 13 at the national level to be held at Vishakhapatnam from May 4th to 12th May. He won the tournament with a perfect score of 7 out of 7 rounds. Prithvi credits his coach Pawan Batham and mother Monika for encouraging him.<\/p>\n
